UNGA Brings Traffic and a Little Chaos to New York City

Big names flood New York City each year for the United Nations General Assembly. But that also means traffic (oh, the traffic!), closed streets and a little more chaos than usual.Many streets on the East Side of Manhattan are partly or entirely closed during the United Nations General Assembly.
