FBI Arrests Woman in Plot to Bomb New York State Capitol Building

Federal prosecutors say the woman met with an F.B.I. informant several times to plan an attack on the building, which houses the governor’s office.The woman was arrested on Wednesday, according to people with knowledge of the arrest.
