Trump Directs Officials to Pay All D.H.S. Employees

The memorandum calls for paying employees at the Coast Guard, Federal Emergency Management Agency and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency who have gone without pay during a record-long shutdown.President Trump had hinted that he would sign an order calling for Department of Homeland Security employees to be paid.
