Colombian Military Plane Crash Kills 66 and Injures Dozens

A military aircraft transporting 128 people was involved in an accident as it took off from southern Colombia, according to the authorities.The aircraft had taken off from Puerto Leguízamo, Colombia, at 9:50 a.m. There were 114 soldiers and police officers and 11 crew members on board, officials said.
