Trump Passports Debut, Delighting Some and Dismaying Others

The Washington Passport Agency started issuing the limited-release documents with President Trump’s image on Monday, catching a few applicants by surprise.Sami Aldawood, of Austin, Texas, traveled to Washington to get one of the new commemorative passports with President Trump’s image. Mr. Aldawood, an immigrant from Iraq, became a U.S. citizen a week ago.
