The Texas Hill Country Flood, One Year Later

A year after a catastrophic flood killed 139 people in the Texas Hill Country, communities along the Guadalupe River are still rebuilding.The banks of the Guadalupe River in Ingram, Texas, earlier this week. The river swelled during flash flooding last July that claimed 139 lives.
