A teenager traveling with her grandmother filmed a video as the seaplane they were flying in crashed in the East River. They were rescued along with four other passengers, the pilot and a crew member.Police and Fire Department boats pulled up within 90 seconds after a seaplane crash in the East River, a passenger said.
