2 Men Stabbed on Upper West Side in Possible Hate Crimes, Police Say

A man was arrested after the daylight attacks in a Manhattan neighborhood bordering Central Park. The police were investigating whether the stabbings were hate crimes.The first of two stabbings on the Upper West Side took place near Central Park West and 84th Street.
